- Aside from the fact that the subject of this work of art is a wonderful person, (and very handsome,) can we just note the fact that this is a VERY well put-together photoset/gifset?
- I love it when Sarah checker-patterns color and black-and-white photos. This one is particularly good because the lighting and coloring of the four color photos are all very similar. In fact, in all nine photos, Victor’s wearing mostly dark clothes, there’s a lot of light on his face, and his hair is white or gray and pretty much the same style from photo to photo. GREAT continuity.
- And speaking of his hair color- clearly these are all recent photos. I know for a fact that at least four of them are from the past year alone, and I highly doubt any of them are over 10 years old. I liked some of the photosets today that showed him over the years (hey, what are birthdays for) but I also like the chronological continuity of this one.
- Amidst all this continuity, the variety and change from photo to photo is mostly about his expressions. Which is GREAT. To see such a variety of emotion from him- and to have our attention drawn to that variety, as the other elements of the photoset emphasize the unity from picture to picture- is just really cool. It’s like seeing different sides of the same person.
WOAH. I. was. not. expecting. that. Thank you Nicole :3 I didn’t pick up on those things you mentioned, bloody awesome.
